Baked tilapia seasoned with lemon, balsamic and pepper. Baked potato with sour creme and greens. Green beans seasoned with bacon and onions. Toast with butter and garlic. A couple cups of good strong coffee, and the company of my lovely wife to enjoy it all with.

Daughter had her braces installed today, so we had Salmon, mashed potatos and well cooked asparagus, it was still had for her to eat.

Lasagna tonight, I put spinach from th garden in one of the layers. Also a big salad out of the garden

no I'm not. Momma isn't eating like she should so the boys took off this afternoon for a long weekend without me. They'll be home Monday sometime.
I need to stay here and make sure she eats so the puppies get enough milk
