    how are ya guys?

hubby texted me last night, said the boss would write him up if he took the vacation day he had planned for today weeks ago. Boss said he knew nothing about it and they needed him to work because they are behind on inspection.
So hubby calls the union in, union calls the old boss, old boss says "Yeah he asked for it off and it was passed on in an email" Union had new boss pull up his email and tada.. there it is, along with many other requests that "never got passed on"
hubby said he'd take the write up then stick it in their ass and not return until Wednesday, because he can miss 4 days on one write up and if it came to that, he was going to make it worth it

oh he was pissed. he rarely calls the union, believes in dealing with it himself, but the new boss is an ass and wouldn't listen... so guess what ****er, the union protects me, not you.. hubby said they were trying to get them all to work Saturday too, Union told new boss he couldn't make it mandatory, get over it.
I have a feeling that inspection is going to **** this guy over slowly if he doesn't change a bit
