We accepted an offer a few weeks ago. It was on the market for less than 72 hours. We had the inspection last week so there's a few things we have to fix. Not sure when the appraisal will be. It looks like we'll be moving the 2nd week of june.

I found a dog tonight... running loose in the hood... I walked all over looking for the owners and couldn't find them... so as much as I hate to do it, Animal Control in the morning

We have a crate set up for ours... it is their safe spot. so I popped him in there.
