Saw a 3D printer at work today. It's pretty neat. I tried to get them to make me some gun parts

mags are about the only thing that work reliably and repeatedly.

I wanted a training handgun. I bet they could make some training rounds too.

you could make a training gun but the rounds would be iffy hard to do complex curves that and the material really can't take the punishment from the slide ramming the bullet into the feed ramp.

Plus 3d printing is really freaking slow.

a training gun would take probably 18-24 hours to complete.

True. I just wanted to play with and see what could make. For some reason they wont let me.
