I hate interviewing people. Some many things you cant ask them.

True. I have an uncle who was once offered a job simply because he tasted his food before he put salt and pepper on it. The interviewer said that showed that he didn't make assumptions.

I once hired a driver many years ago without an interview because he was stacking my hay bales while he was waiting on me. He turned out to be pretty awesome.

When my shop supervisor retired I told HR I was interested in taking over for him. I was told to put in a resume. I told them here's my resume, "I worked for him for 29 years and if that isn't a resume then forget it." Somehow I got the job.

Not mine. I'm not high enough on the food chain. Any job I offer is low paying. Especially a temp Job. That can lead to a full time job in another department though. I've had 3 temps that I got full time jobs there.

They brought one guy in to interview for the job. He didn't take it because of all that we do and couldn't see how it all got done. To me it's just a habit.
