I was out for hours today and didn't listen to the radio on my way back home.

Our minister of the interior just said he gave orders to increase security measures in many public buildings including the US embassy in Paris.

Im not sure how they can increase it though.
The streets around the embassy are always closed to traffic and the only cars parked around this block are military or police cars.

Well at least they're trying to think about the possibility of something bad happening. I'm shocked that there weren't more people killed. Watching the footage it really wasn't that huge of a blast though. Just a shame that it happened. I just saw on the news that one of the people killed was only 8 years old. I feel so sorry for his/her parents.

Maybe the bombs didn't work well.I heard the police found more that didn't explode.

Yeah that's what I heard too. In any case it's a good thing that the explosions weren't more powerful. Just a sad, sad thing

Those dont have to be powerful to do many victims.

At this point I don't know. There's not much info on the news but we all know how the media is. Just because WE don't know, doesn't mean someone else doesn't know
