It's difficult to determine what to believe these days. It's as much a war of propaganda and misinformation as it is bullets and bombs.

Way back when we were helping them decomm ICBMs to keep the nuke material from being "lost", the teams found that many of the ICBMs were not able to fly.
Flooded silos.
Electrical conduits broken.
etc.


Of course, remember...
decades ago is NOT today.
Also.. even if they only have a 5 percent sortie rate, that means if they have 100, that 5 will STILL LAUNCH.
And... MIRV...
So.. even in a good 'scenario' that sucks wind.
