I took a walk on the top of a cliff today.I found a bunker that I never seen before, hidden behind some bushes.

I so want to go see your town and the country side. would you mind playing tour guide to a bunch of obnoxious Americans? Absolutely no plans as of now. No money to go over there.

    I would love to! :patriot:
Now if you were German that might be another story of course.:):

It's a good size bunker with a few rooms and I was surprised it didn't have any doors. Most of them are closed so that people dont get into them.

I didn't explore much because I just had my small EDC light with me.

I also found a manhole like this one 50 yards away from that bunker.

    hmmmmm :evilangel:

my wife's grandmother loves to take the whole family on vacation usually about a dozen people. maybe I should see if I can talk her into a trip to France.... we all split for the day and do our own things then meet up for dinner is the usual plan. How long does it take to get to Normandy from Paris?

It takes about 2 hours by car if you take the highway, not sure by train. :dunno:

Watch that first step. and there is only one way to find out.

I might bring a helmet with a frontal lamp next time. And a camera.

Indiana doesn't have any cool history like that. Well none of America really has any war history like that. Probably explains why people don't realize what it really costs to be a free country.
