Taught dad how to turn off the truck with the new ignition lock. You have to hit a lever on the column to turn the key all the way back and lock the steering wheel. Once the key is all the way back then it slides out.

Nah, instead of using two fingers to turn the key back you just make use of the rest of your fingers. Sounds complicated online but not so much in real life.
