We are supposed to have good Friday off. I told my guys that if we don't have xx done by quitting time Thursday we will have to work Friday. About an hour after I told them that they came up to me and said "lets get going, the cold doesn't bother us". What they didn't know was we were going to be at the lake no matter what they decided. I put it in their hands though and made it look like they had a choice. Was that bad of me?
