I just don't understand it. You fall behind on taxes or support and the state will get your butt. Don't understand why anyone would take that chance.

It must vary from county to county. It's been several years ago, but I know somebody who fell behind because his factory was on strike. He was no more than 3 or 4 months behind and the Sheriff picked him up. Had to come up with at least a 1/3rd of the arrears before he could get out.

I think it's just produced for the European market.

They have a model with the same name in the states but they dont look the same.
