I've discovered that making peanut butter cookies and just replacing the peanut butter with almond butter is amazing

I'll have to try that. We have a bulk foods store that makes their own almond & peanut butter. I may pick up some almond butter tomorrow and make cookies over the weekend.

They really are good. Well if you like almonds....obviously. Sometimes the almond butter can be a little dryer than peanut butter though so I just add extra milk until it's a good consistency
