    It's a sever case of tennis elbow, with a tear....what I have to stop using is my fingers to let the tear heal. I kept using it and making the tear bigger and bigger.

    Well behave yourself and get all healed up. I sure don't remember seeing any tennis courts out there though.

    My thought exactly.....I hurt it last October picking up a large can of fly bait in an open hand grip and lifted straight up. :n00b:


    Who would have thought 5 lbs would have caused this much problems.

    Do what the doc says, Rayne! Or at least do most of what the doc says.

    I asked my nephew about how to treat a pulled groin and he said 'RICE'. I gotta tell you rice isnt doing any good.
