    What'd I miss?!?!

Hubby tangled with a wood splitter back in February and lost. He's had two surgeries, the second one was at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center where they put 6 pins in his index finger. The most pins they've ever put in one bone. He holds the record, one I hope no one has to break soon. All the bone fragments didn't heal together and he continues to have swelling and redness occassionally which the doctor's are afraid is a bone infection. If it is a bone infection they will have to amputate, if it is an infection in the soft tissue then there is a chance to save the finger. (not his trigger finger:D) If you have a strong stomach I have pictures that will curl your toes. :puke:

rayne, I'm heading to bed, if you and the hubby ever need any help, and if it can wait till the weekend, just ask. I'd be more than glad to come help out. Hunting season is coming up, so book me before or after!!!

Thanks IJ, I appreciate your offers to help, but you are 2 1/2 hours away from me and that would be asking a lot of a person. I thank you for your offers and will keep that in mind if we're ever in a bad pinch. :)

I have a cousin who goes to a private school. The dress code was insane. There were certain colors and types of stripes that were and weren't allowed. The dress code itself was a page and a half long.

I felt sorry for the girls during my twelve years of Parochial schooling.
At least the guys could wear different dress shirts, ties and slacks every day.
The gals had to wear the same blouse/skirt combination day after day. :noway:

I would rather have uniforms than the girl thinking she needs some $100+ pair of jeans. Makes me glad mine are grown.
