I don't know about your company but a lot of companies, I know of Mcdonalds, Microsoft, and the big three auto manufactures, are exempt from that part of the law. At least that was the big to do when they were debating the law.

Which means all this is a bunch of :bs:

And McDonalds isn't on the list either, only mentioned in some of the comments at the bottom.

At least you're not spreading rumors

I don't see Microsoft, General Motors, Ford, or Chrysler on the list.
You are correct Microsoft is not on the list. I was going from memory.

The big three don't get the "waiver" directly the union does. and they get a waiver because the union provides a "suitable alternative" to the healthcare act. Union employees don't get benefits from the company they get them from the union and the unions are the ones that are exempt. Well the healthcare/benefits portion of the union is exempt:dunno:. I don't understand all the detail and am not trying too.

Maybe you shouldn't make assumptions then. If the unions are exempt, that's not the same as the company. That's how rumors start and give the wrong people a bad name. Quit doing that. That's how the media got the term "Assault Rifle"
