My daughter got one of the Kurreg (sp?) single cup machines. Loves it.

I just have a hard time paying .75-$1 a cup for coffee made at home.

They make a wire mess basket for it so you can use your own coffee - its a whole lot cheaper

buy online or use purchase at bed bath and beyond and you get the cost per cup way down. Also Shadow and the mesh cup suggestion works well.

I'll tell her that, but she is kind of lazy (like most 14yr olds). I'll bet she just keeps buying retail and stops drinking when she runs out.

I just have a small 4 cup machine I use. Often, I feed it with the 4 cup packets that you get in hotels, doesn't cost me anything that way.

ok I am about to be a coffee snob...I hate hotel coffee. When I travel I take my own. I actually considered roasting my own coffee at one point.
