Our neighbors moved out over the weekend

the other neighbors around think they skipped out on some rent and stuff, they packed everything at night

Sounds like Pheonix. That stuff happens all the time there. It's quite comical at times. Neighbors watch people move out in the middle of the night then the neighbors go to house and take whats left.

they have been movin out all week, all after dark. a load or two after dark, that's all I know.

when the folks who own the house show this week sometime I'll know if they skipped or not. They have not been here a year so if they had a lease, they didn't full fill it
