Police won't usually do anything if it's been less than 24 hours... He could just be tied up with something and not able to answer his phone.

Im trying to find the licence plate of his truck.Gf doesn't know it and the police asked for it, I took pictures of the truck but all the pictures show the truck from the front and of course you dont have plates in the front in IN .... ggggrrrr.
