I'm so glad I don't have to worry about that anymore! 1 hr with an excavator, and problem solved.

Yay!!!!!

We are lucky that there are no rentals on my block. In fact, the house I own was a duplex before we bought it. The folks around us were thrilled it was converted back to a single family home.

there have been 3 families rented the place since the owners moved out, the first ones were horrible, the second we never heard a peep, place was always clean etc. the ones moving out don't match the first ones, but they were still bad enough. Right now the yard is full of trash and I am sure they won't clean it up, the landlord will though. I am hoping for a good family this time. It can be done, there are 5 rentals in our neighborhood, the one next to us is the only one we have problems with

I wanted to go to the range yesterday. But I closed my eyes for a few minutes late morning and slept for over 3 hours!!! I never nap, must have been from fighting this Strep.
