    I know its not the same thing, but to me that's like saying I'm a "midwestern American". I do know the difference though.

    This is turning into a better fight than I expected.

    I know you know the difference, I wasn't trying to be rude. :yesway:

    I saw a few fights where I could hear his coach talking to him in French in the background and talking tactics.
    If the guy facing St Pierre is American St Pierre can understand what this guy's coach is saying but this guy cant understand St Pierre's coach tactics.
    So I guess it's an advantage for the fight. :dunno:

    Unless they have a "spy" listening for them in the other corner, it would be impossible for them to hear over the crowd between rounds. Shouting instructions during the fight would be a different matter though.

    Yes that's what I meant.
    In the fight I saw I could hear "grab his leg!" and stuff like that in French coming from St Pierre's coach a few seconds before St Pierre did those things.
