    That's too long on heat...never more heat than ice. All heat is doing is trying to relax the muscle. Aleeve, which will alleviate the swelling and helps the muscle to relax.

    State level athlete in three sports and NCAA experience here.
    I take a hot shower and a couple Flexerils. All I need. :D

    And actually, the heat does more than relax the muscle. It stimulates growth and repair of the muscle. You're welcome to google it. :D

    What??? there are days for Dusting???? How come no one ever told me!! I meen there is enough dust around here for a few days!! But no one ever told me there was a day for it!! Guess I'll answer the door more often!! I just thought they were Jehovah's witness's !! I didn't know they were here to dust!! :D
