When we were first married (5 yrs ago) my daughter said she hated meat loaf.

So, we make the meat loaf mix and instead of pressing it into a loaf, make 15-18 balls and bake it. It's the same thing.

Daughter loves meat balls.

I haven't had as much time to get on here lately. My wife had to spend some more time with her mom because of her second cataract surgery. That left me fending for myself. Its funny how you don't have time to play anymore when you're forced to act all responsible and stuff.
