got to bed earlier than the last two nights and slept like a rock. I'm not sure I moved all night. I'm really stiff this morning and my bad shoulder has been giving me fits the last few days.

I slept real well, I heard something pounding at around 5 am though and it sounded like our front door. The dogs even went out the dog door so there was something. No one there when I went to look though. If I had gone to bed before 12:30 it wouldn't have been so bad

my hips have been screaming all morning, it's the weather I think
