we have a deal where someone calls us every hour to let us know he's ok. well. he didnt call at 3am. if no call by 15 minutes after the hour, i call him.

well he never called me. and when i picked up the clipboard, i saw he never called at 4 am either. so i called him and he got all lippy saying " the new rule is that I have to call HIM every hour."

this guys on crack.

first off. at 1am, 3am, and 5am, im on break. i cant be held responsible for him not calling and not calling him at the 15 minute mark.

Sounds like he's on crack all right ,may i ask what the deal of the call is --

they work alone on some nights, and before i started working here, a guy fell and cracked his head open or somthing, layed there for a couple hours til the new shift guy showed up.
