I haven't been able to find too much discussion anywhere about what's going on Sunday. Maybe I just missed it. Do I need to bring anything? I don't want to just show up for the fun and not contribute.

Are you talking about food and stuff or shooting gear?

There is a thread going on about what you need to bring like holster, ammo and such.

If people choose to be scared of me for no reason, I consider that their problem not mine.

I just dont want the people around me to wonder if im going to stab them or just open a package with my blade.

Not that I couldn't stab them with my tiny blade anyway. :):

People can get pretty scared when you pull out a knife especially in urban areas.

Are you going to the ladies class tomorrow or the class sunday?

On the thread about the ladies class they said the men who are coming should bring chopping tools to do stuff while the ladies are at the class.

Sylvain, what kind of knife was it that failed and cut your finger?

Buck knife both time, two different ones.

This one it was the larger version. :noway:

I complained about it to them and they actually sent me one with a lock that looks stronger.
    Havent tested it yet. :dunno:

    US made or China made?
I have an old Buck folder that is probably 35 yrs old that I used for all my deer field dressing. I even cracked the pelvis with it and never had a problem. But I probably never pushed the wrong way against the lock either.

    US made.Both of them.

Yeah I know I pushed the wrong way against the lock but I think it should be able to take it especially when it's sold as a "heavy duty knife".
Some of my folders dont fail that.

I need to get a new fixed blade for this kind of stuff I guess.
