Funny you should netion that. One guy I got rid of had attendance problems and HR wanted me to play counselor and find out what was going on with his life. Thats not my problem.

We get that all the time to... Younger people constantly need to be praised. They need to be managed differently. Who gives a rats behind? Do your job and consider your check as the affirmation that we love you.
