    i do get mah proteins. working out.... well.. it depends on how my hours at work go.. and the 55 hours this week.. im not enjoying.

    You will just get fat if you eat lots of proteins without working out. :D


    It's always easier to drink a protein shake than to spend one hour at the gym.

    protein shake.. pfft. try eating eggs every other day. peanut butter. real people food.

    I know it's what im doing.

    I was just saying that when people want to workout they are usually good at drinking shakes but when it comes to actual workout they get lazy 'cause it's the part that actually takes hard work.

    I tried raw eggs with milk at some point to make my own shakes, nasty but it works if you dont have time to cook eggs and bacon. :dunno:
