So pissed off, please pardon the language. While my Mother in Law was out at a small get together with friends today, some scumbag kicked in her front door and burglarized her house. The police (Officers present please don't take offense) took 4.5 hours to respond to her call as it was deemed "non-emergent." She's 68 years old, and was terribly frightened. I understand prioritization, but four and a half hours to respond to a reported burglary? Come on man.
