    TWB, is the position you are applying for one where you work at a certain pace? Meaning, if you have to leave or can't be there for a day, can you make it up the day before or the day after? If so, I would just reinforce the fact that you are a hard worker and self starter. That you know that there are probably people that DON'T have to do that, that she will be interviewing, but that you can assure her that you will work harder and the missed time will not be noticed.

    I would be honest with her, but reassure her like I mentioned above. It's much better than getting hired and then surprising her about it afterward. That leaves a sore spot with people.

    Yea, I can Google too, but I don't necessarily trust the sources. I have a good friend who works in HR and I'll ask her opinion... set me straight, HR LADY!!!!!
    I can hook you up with my aunt if you want. She is the president of HR for the company that makes store branded pasta. She would give you a no bull answer.
