    I haven't looked into it yet, but can Glock sites be changed easily(i.e. no smith needed)?

    Take a look at the underside of your slide. If it has a screw like this, it can be screwed off.(I can send you a tool for it if you can't get it)-

    If it doesn't have a screw, I believe it has to be tapped out, ruining the sight in the process.

    The correct way to put in a rear sight is with a pusher, but they cost around $100. That's best left to a smith. Some people drift it in with a punch, but you run the risk of ruining your sight.
