I had to call in sick today. For some reason I've been on a blood sugar roller coaster since about midnight last night with very little sleep. Its becoming rather annoying!

Not to continue complaining, but every so often I seem to have some digestion problems that play havoc with my blood sugar. It gets me so out of wack that it usually takes me a day or so to get back on track. That's what happened last night. It was hoped that removing my gall bladder would help with that. Obviously there's still more to it.

I can live with it. Its just a real PITA sometimes.

Sorry. I somehow got wrapped up in a long conversation with Fletch in the political section. Its actually been a very productive and enjoyable discussion. But for some reason I still feel dirty...
