    So does that mean you think that style would be sturdy enough if were pulled tighter as it was woven?

    still no, paracord is just too flimsy and flexible I have a braided solid nylon western wear belt that I have worn for 20 years and while works great as a belt it sucks as a gun belt.

    Gotcha. :yesway: Just seemed like a great way to have lots of cordage in one place. Maybe I could use the same technique to make some straps for a bag or something.
