I'm trying to figure out what sounds good to fix for dinner, I'm wanting something high in protein and relatively low in carbs. (trying to lose weight) I've got 1.25 lbs of Angus Ground round in the fridge thawed out, and a pound of maple bacon. I will want some sort of side with what I fix. Was almost debating on a beef, bacon, rice combo. But not sure, or could do bacon cheeseburgers. Any other ideas?

I guess I shouldn't mention the deep fried ravioli with home made spaghetti sauce then huh? I did have a nice pear gorgonzola salad... At least that was healthy. The ravioli was really really good though.
