so.. heres my issue. the "thief" of the lane got caught after he broke into neighbors truck.. well.. yesterday, some girl walks right along my fenceline, across the front of my porch, and round the corner towards the back 40 of my yard where the kids play.. 5 minutes later, she walks the same exact path back.

now i may be young, but im not stupid. i think she was casing cars or the garage out back. i hate to be THAT neighbor, but i have already made my presence known by OC'ing in my yard. the last thing i want to do is use any kind of force on someone who wants to steal from me, but i will not hesitate.

i notified the local police department. they said "thanks for the tip".. pshh..

im just to that point where im done pissing around with these people that live around me.
