I read another post about the same thing, well another case.
A member was asked to leave because he OCed in a poll, he told them about the law, they called someone to check and finally told him he could say.

Im amazed that so many people dont know basic laws, especially when they work at the polls you would find that they are less ignorant than the average citizen.

Im not aware of any law against it.
Unless your polling place is located in a school I guess.
