Oh, I have you beat DB, my Fro was a classic in bad timing!!!!

My freshman year of High School. I had really curly hair anyway and my stepmom talked me into getting a perm. When she was finished, it turned out as a gigantic fro.
Little did I know that the Mini-series Roots was going to premiere on TV 3 days later. Everyone watched it, so I go back to school with a gigantic fro while Roots was being shown, everyone at school called me Kunta Kintaa the rest of the school year. Terrible timing on my part for the Fro.

Naturally curly hair. I hated it. What hair I have now does it's own thing so I keep it short. If not I look like a cross between Bozo and Reverend Jim from taxi.
