I work in a department that has three press complexes in it, two of those are not keeping up. Mine is, barely!

Maybe they shouldn't have halted production for that week a while back and got a small stock built up.

I like how poor planning/forecasting results in mandatory overtime on your part. I bet if they asked for some volunteers to work OT they might get enough people to get by

Yep, we have people begging to work ot, it's just poor management all the way around. Oh well, hopefully it won't last to long.
