    Outch! :n00b:

Happens to me anytime I try a knew knife.
Almost sliced my trigger finger all the way to the bone last time when the lock of my knife failed. :xmad:
It actually didn't hurt. A little sting when I washed it off, but that's it. I had a customer all worried with blood running down my hand.

But the danger of cutting towards yourself makes it more fun.
You never know if you will make it or not. :D

    Living on the edge.:joke:

Sometimes you just faint when you see the blood.

It has only cut a few things so it was still factory sharp. I carry a Spyderco too that I use and abuse. Once I get another knife the Benchmade will start getting abused. It's a vicious cycle.:):

i once cut the vein on top of my thumb(basically cut through the whole thing).. (im not a medical professional) but anywho, i knew what happened, and whilst i strolled on through the store, the whole arm got covered in blood right? some customer saw me coming and went APESHI+. omg are you alright blah blah.. i said "you are keeping me from getting to my vehicle".... i drove to the hospital and they had to stich it back on and whatnot. was amusing. best of all, i watched the whole time!

You know how to sharpen serrations?
I hate serrated blades for that, I just cant sharpen them.

Nope, I've had tyler34 sharpen it before and was very impressed, though.

That's one of the things I like about serrations, though. They still cut well even when they aren't razor sharp.

I just dont like half serrated blades.I like no serrations in most of my blades and if I really need serrations (like for cutting ropes) then I want the entire blade serrated.
