Yeah, I've gone caffeine-free before. I did it for a couple of years when I was on the tournament circuit. I hated it. The caffeine-free alternatives are few and far between and I can only drink so much Slice or orange soda before I want to gag.

If I may ask, what tournement circuit?

I used to fight in around 14-16 karate tournaments per year. I even fought in Europe once. I got burned out.
