THAT is soooo true!! Had a lady that brought her dog in for us "to take a look at" cause he was itching. They figured out why he was itching before they got to the store. She was using disinfecting wipes to clean him up from being outside...

The best I can do is tell them I'm NOT a vet, I have NO vet training, they need to take the dog to the vet. Checked with my grooming salon, they're the one's told her to bring the dog in and they'd "probably be able to tell her what was wrong" with the dog
