Interesting situation.

I bought a pair of Beats Studio by Dr. Dre on Ebay. I got them and was initially happy with them, but when I started listening to the music at a lower volume or when listening to talk radio you could hear a constant static through the headphones.

I sent the seller this message.

I'd like to return the Dr. Dre Beats Studio headphones that I recently purchased from you. The item number is- 1706*********. I hear a constant static in them, especially when listening to music at lower volume levels and when people are talking. Everything is intact with the box except the outer plastic wrap. What do I need to do to return them for a refund?

And I got this back

I apologize for this. I recently found out that the person who I purchased these from DUPED me and sold me some good ones mixed up with bad ones. I have issued you a full refund back to your paypal account. Any other questions let me know thanks. You can keep the product I dont want to hassle your time and money on returning the item.

I think I just got a $300 pair of headphones for free.
