I'm a morning person. Even on my days off I am up by 6. If I wake up at 7 I consider that sleeping in and feel like my day is shot

his alarm goes off at 4am.... sleeping in to me is 5am

I hate it because I still can't go to sleep before 10:30 at night

I have no problem with that. I can be asleep by 9:30 and usually am....until I discovered this thread that is.
