Thanks! It was mentioned in a different thread and I hadn't noticed he was gone.

It just drives home the points that

1. We have rules-- follow them.

2. If you can't follow the rules, we'll cut you some slack and remind you-- once.

3. If, after knowing the rules and being reminded of those rules, you still fail to follow them, we'll give you some time off-board to think about the rules.

4. If you come back and STILL can't manage to follow the rules, we'll assume that INGO isn't the place for you and ensure that you cannot possibly break any more rules.

My advice-- just stick with #1.

The content that specifically violated the rules had already been said. That's why everyone got a warning. The fact that he couldn't abide by the warning was what got him the temp ban.
