I know what you mean, I've been with Sprint for a while too. Have you tried calling them or did you stop at a local store? I always call in, seem to get better service.

However, I've been eyeing the TMobile $59.99 plan that gets you EVERYTHING

bummer .

I have been on verizon since 03 and have no complaints yet.

I used the online chat feature. I'm rough on phones, but I've never had one break apart like this one. I understand that they have rules but renewing a couple months early can't be that big of a deal. I think the annoying part was when she told me I could buy a refurbished phone for $50 to last me the couple of months until I get a new one. I told her I didn't want to do that and the response was "well, I gave you an option." Yes you did, a stupid option. Oh well, I'll probably switch to someone else and try to be nicer to my cell phones.
