Nope. Usually a dedicated 22 gun works a lot better for right around twice the cost of the conversion.

Brownells has a CMMG conversion with one mag for about $200 and I think I've seen the S&W M&P 15-22 go for around $400 or so

Have the CMMG kit. lovemywoods has the Ceiner.

They're great for training on the cheap while maintaining the same controls as your normal AR (because it is ).

They are not as accurate as a dedicated upper or rifle.

They had CMMG + one mag for $125 all over the 1500

Yeah I have to resort to that sometimes too. It helps if I can at least remember one unique word in a title or post, and then hone in on that.
