H&K -- You might be off the hook for inspecting my Marlin.. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on one I just found online. I just spoke with the gun shop, they seem great. He inspects everything he gets in, and hasn't been seeing Marlin's with major issues these days... nor has he been getting complaints.

Well, actually.. after totaling the cost of that rifle (they're charging a bit more than everyone else.. ) I may do that.. hell, I may just say f0rk it and go buy the one at Midwest tonight.. I'm tired of going back and forth.. I can easily deck this rifle out to be almost exactly what I wanted... and it's $285 cheaper, before shipping, and transfer, and discounting...

Yeah, he kinda boff'd that one, didn't he!
