    A bore-sighter is always handy for such things.

    Yeah, I'm a complete noob to setting up a scope. Anyone know how many clicks I need to move a 1/4 MOA per click scope six inches.

    The scope is dead on horizonally, but is shooting exactly six inches left at 50 yards.

    Anyone on tonight that is an expert zeroing a scope????


    Bore sight it then put it in a shooting vise! Line up the cross hairs shoot one shot! line the cross hairs back up on the place they were for the first shot, then move the cross hairs to the hole you shot on the first shot and you will be dead on! :yesway: :D

    I'm sure there's some math that would tell you exactly but I usually just give it a click or two and take at least three shots from a rest to see where its going.
