I'm having a quilting weekend with my daughter, her Godmother and cousin this weekend down in Alabama if I can still get away. That's a little bit questionable right now. Will have to see how my Daddy is feeling.

Yes, it's about 6 hours away, but in the almost 30 years I've been married into this family, I've never been there. It was suppose to be a long weekend for me to get away and relax a bit after everything that's been going on, but with Daddy's surgery being postponed last week until this week, it might not happen. Oh well, who needs a vacation
