sigh, I know. However, there are only 2 of us in the store PERIOD who are big enough or young enough or no broken enough physically to run dog food. I am one of them

Suprtek, I'm going to throw something out there with the understanding I'm not a metal or tool guy.

If we could agree on and draw up a pattern, we could get someone to cut us out blanks from some decent tool steel. Then we could finish them ourselves.

Either way, might be a good idea to make prototypes by hand first to make sure we have it right. I'd hate to get a bunch of blanks cut that weren't gonna perform well.
