The official status update thread part 2

Most of the time its just an annoying discomfort for a few hours after I eat. I've had a couple major attacks that felt like a pair of hands trying to make balloon animals out of my gut. Some of the worst pain I've ever felt.

My doctor said that GB usually has some severe pain. I get discomfort, not really pain in that area (upper right quadrant) periodically. So he said it probably isn't GB. Said basically don't worry about it.

That's exactly what I did NOT want to have to do...1) It'd be a PITA to get it set up again and 2) the domain name (+.wordpress) is the same as the website, which is convenient.

No rain here, just ice and snow and still snowing now. Maybe 3 inches on top of fresh ice.

I had an ultrasound done that confirmed the presence of gallstones and "sludge" in the gall bladder. Because I am also diabetic, the docs say that's enough to take it out even if I didn't have any pain.
